Registration includes:
Complimentary light fare each morning, AM and PM coffee breaks, and opening reception with light hors d'oeuvres.

Pre-conference Satellites and Social Events:
Satellite registration and banquet tickets are not included in the main conference registration and must be purchased separately.

Abstract Submission:
After completion of registration, if you purchased an abstract credit, your email receipt will contain a validation code that will be required to access the abstract submission website.

Information/Photo Release Policy:
By submitting a registration for the meeting, you (conference attendee) are granting permission for the use of photographs taken at the conference, to be used on the society website or in subsequent society publications. Your contact information may be shared with partner groups with discretion, such as Silver/Gold/Platinum level sponsors who are limited to a one-time outreach. If an attendee does not want information to be shared, please opt out by emailing us that request via written email to . Registration information will be part of a database that is accessible only to employees and conference organizers. FASEB and SFG uses your contact information to provide you with up-to-date information about current conferences as well as future society meetings. A participant list is made available in the program book to registered conference participants that includes your name, institution, institution address, and email. For those participants that may be reimbursed for their participation, contact information is sent to our internal FASEB accounting database, and any bank or wire transfer institution that accounting uses in order to facilitate the payment.

Refund and Cancellation Policy:
Registration refunds will be provided minus a 15% cancellation fee for refund requests received in writing via email by September 17, 2018 at the latest. No refunds can be given after this date. Travel and accommodation cancellations remain the sole responsibility of the individual.
